Swimming Pool Service Technician

Hauk Custom Pools

Pay: $24.00–$40.00 per hour

Hauk Custom Pools is seeking an experienced Swimming Pool Service Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, solving mechanical problems, providing outstanding customer service, and want a long-term career with a respected custom pool builder, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Travel to customers' homes to diagnose and repair swimming pool equipment.
Install and replace pool equipment as needed.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical pool systems.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.
Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and accurately.
Maintain company vehicle and equipment.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 2 years of swimming pool service experience
Residential Appliance Installer License (RAIL) preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
Willingness to work occasional overtime and Saturdays during peak season
Must be at least 21 years of age
Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

Residential Appliance Installer License (RAIL)
Experience repairing pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and other swimming pool equipment
