Key Responsibilities Supervise a team of Peer Support Specialists, providing mentorship and performance monitoring Act as the frontline clinician for cases flagged by AI systems or Peer Support team, performing outreach and risk assessments Conduct regular audits of AI conversation logs to ensure adherence to protocols and patient safety Required Qualifications Full, unrestricted psychotherapist licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LPC) with 3+ years post-licensure experience preferred Must be licensed to practice within the state of Georgia Proven track record in supervising or training clinicians or peer support staff Advanced skills in risk assessment, crisis intervention, and safety planning Strong interest in AI and ability to evaluate machine-generated text through a clinical lens
