Join Ledcor in Hawthorne, NV and be part of a team that values performance, safety, and getting the job done right.Essential ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on crushing and processing equipment to keep production on targetMaintain and service key components including jaw/cone crushers, conveyors, belts, gearboxes, bearings, chutes, and linersComplete welding and cutting tasks as required (MIG, Stick, Oxy?Acetylene)Conduct pre-trip inspections and Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHA) to identify and control risks before work beginsRead and interpret schematics, diagrams, and manuals to diagnose issues and determine repair methodsExecute preventative and predictive maintenance (including vibration analysis), and align, test, and adjust equipment for reliabilityMaintain accurate maintenance records, report equipment issues, and communicate effectively with operations and maintenance teamsQualificationsProven experience maintaining equipment in industrial or surface mining environments (crushing plant experience strongly preferred)Hands-on experience with crushers, conveyors, and rotating equipment in production-driven settingsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with operations and maintenance teamsAbility to meet all site access requirements, including respirator fit testing if requiredSuccessful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol testingMSHA Part 48 (Metal/Non-Metal) certification preferred (training can be provided)Working Conditions10–12 hour shifts on varying schedules, including potential night shiftsOvertime paid after 40 hours/weekLiving Out Allowance (LOA) providedComprehensive health and wellness benefitsWork performed outdoors in varying weather conditionsLong-term, stable employment opportunity
