Our agency is led by a long-tenured husband-and-wife team, creating a close-knit, family-oriented environment with eight total staff members, including myself. I'm a proud Cornell University graduate and an avid Buffalo Bills and Sabres fan! As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mike Messuro - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
