Job Title: Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Associate Location: Sam’s Club #6321, 1000 N Westhill Blvd, Appleton, WI 54914-5792 Salary: $17.00 – $25.00/hr (Actual rate will equal or exceed required minimum wage) Position Summary We’re looking for enthusiastic associates who can prepare fresh food items, manage inventory, and provide excellent customer service in our prepared foods and rotisserie chicken area. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve freshly cooked meals and rotisserie chicken according to company recipes and quality standards. Wrap, label, store, and rotate merchandise to maintain freshness and compliance with food safety and cold-chain requirements. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and temperature-controlled work area and keep shelves organized. Assist customers with bakery orders and general questions. Follow company policies on returns, claims, and product placement. Use hand-held technology to track production and quality metrics. Support other team members and help the area meet performance goals. Minimum Qualifications 18 years of age or older. Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain food safety standards. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Positive attitude and customer-service orientation. Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods. Willigness to work a schedule that may vary and shift flexibility. Preferred Qualifications Food Service or Food Handler Certification. Experience in a retail food preparation environment.
