AI SaaS Sales Closer Shopify / Ecommerce

Freway helps Shopify merchants recover lost revenue with AI agents that optimize checkout and customer engagement. We're looking for a closer someone who can take a qualified problem (merchants leaking money at checkout) and turn it into signed business. Our target is $1M in new revenue over the next 12 months, and this role owns a meaningful slice of it.

If you've sold SaaS into ecommerce or SMB and like a short, fast sales cycle, this is a strong fit.

What you'll do

• Build and own a pipeline of Shopify and ecommerce merchants through outbound prospecting, networking, and cold outreach
• Run discovery to understand each merchant's checkout and retention pain
• Demo the product and close deals against quarterly targets
• Maintain and grow your prospect database within your territory

What we're looking for

• A track record of consistently hitting or beating quota in SaaS or B2B sales
• Comfort owning the full cycle from prospecting to close
• Strong written and verbal communication; confident on calls and demos
• Self-directed time management you'll run your own book
• Ecommerce, Shopify, or AI/SaaS selling experience is a plus but not required if you can sell.

Compensation

Structure: 1099 / contract Commission: 15% per sale Typical deal size: $6,000$24,000 (avg sell-in cycle: 160 days) Earning potential: At a $15K average deal, 15% is ~$2,250 per close. Hitting the $1M target represents roughly $150K in commission across the year.

No signing bonus for this role.
