Now Hiring Class A OTR Drivers | No-Touch Freight | 48 States | Consistent Miles

Spectra360 is hiring experienced  Class A CDL OTR Drivers to run consistent freight across all 48 states . This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for steady miles, modern equipment, and reliable earnings.

Pay & Benefits

• $0.65 per mile
• Bi-weekly pay via direct deposit

Schedule

• Over-the-road position (48 states)
• Typically out 2 weeks at a time
• Home time scheduled between runs
• Flexible routing based on freight needs

Equipment

• 2022 automatic transmission trucks
• Double sleeper cabs
• 53’ dry van trailers
• Modern, well-maintained fleet

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 years OTR driving experience preferred
• Clean driving record (no at-fault accidents)
• Strong safety and compliance history
• Ability to operate OTR and sleep in truck as needed
