Job Description The Project Manager will report to senior operational leadership and be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects throughout East Texas. Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractor performance, and client relationships Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure efficient project execution and schedule adherence Lead procurement, contract administration, change management, and risk mitigation activities Maintain strong communication with owners, consultants, and project stakeholders Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget expectations Support business growth through exceptional client service and repeat business opportunities MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law. The Successful Applicant For the Project Manager - Commercial Construction we are seeking: 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor Experience managing mixed commercial construction projects is required Light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or tilt-wall construction experience preferred Proven experience delivering projects valued between approximately $5M and $30M+ Strong understanding of project financial management, scheduling, and contract administration Experience working collaboratively with field operations and Superintendents Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Stable career history with a demonstrated commitment to professional growth Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred What's on Offer Competitive base salary: $100,000 - $160,000 depending on experience Company truck or monthly vehicle allowance Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Opportunity to work on a variety of commercial and light industrial projects throughout East Texas Long-term career progression with clear pathways into senior leadership roles Strong culture focused on employee development, retention, and work-life balance Regional project travel with a preference for keeping employees close to their home market Interested?
