Doctor of Medicine | Internal Medicine - General/Other Location: Lake City, FL Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Responsibilities Perform one-time non-treatment C&P exams and separation health assessments. Conduct interview-based examinations with focused physical assessments, including range of motion and muscle strength testing. Utilize proficiency in METs testing to evaluate and diagnose respiratory and cardiovascular conditions. Complete electronic medical reports and documentation accurately and timely. Review diagnostic results and provide professional medical opinions; no prescribing or treatment is involved in this role. Qualifications & Credentialing Board Certification: Required. Licensure: Active and unrestricted full medical license. Clinical Skills: Proficient in METs testing; experienced in evaluating and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions. Certifications: Must be willing to complete DMA training to become DMA certified (reimbursement for training is not provided). Documentation: A current NPDB Self-Query report (pulled within the last 30 days) and an ECFMG certificate (if medical school was attended outside of the U.S.) are required at presentation. Technology: Must own a laptop (no Mac/Apple products) for documentation purposes. Office Requirements: If applying to work from your own office, you must provide photos of the facility including signage, handicap-accessible parking and entrances, elevators (if applicable), waiting areas, exam rooms with tables/workstations, and handicap-accessible restrooms. What We Offer Daily Rate: $1600 flat rate for shifts 5 hours or longer (includes time for report completion). Half-day Rate: $800 flat rate for shifts 4 hours or less (includes time for report completion). Training Bonus: A one-time bonus of $650 upon completing all required training and performing the first set of exams. Streamlined onboarding and quick credentialing process.
