Competitive Caregiver Pay: $20–$22 per hour, based on experience and certifications. Same-day pay available, so Caregivers can access earned wages faster. Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement, ensuring Caregivers are compensated for time on the road. Paid training, including HCA certification for eligible Caregivers.

Caregiver Responsibilities: Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance. Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship. Work one-on-one with clients in their homes, with consistent and flexible scheduling.

Caregiver Requirements: HCA or CNA certification preferred, but not required—we pay for Caregiver training. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds. Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check. A caring, honest, and dependable attitude with a passion for helping others.
