Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Approaches: Assess and understand patients' unique needs, establishing personalized therapy plans to help them reach their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Apply proven therapeutic techniques aimed at enhancing patients' motor functions, cognitive skills, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in close association with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Family Members: Provide guidance to patients and their families on therapy practices that foster ongoing recovery and progress at home.
• Track and Adjust Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and refine treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring patients are continuously supported in their journey.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Additional continuing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
