Rate Range: $35 - $49/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive) Introduction We are seeking a skilled professional to lead end-to-end functional testing and UAT activities for Bill Pay functionality within the Banking/Payments domain. - 10-15 years of overall experience in QA/testing, preferably not exceeding 15 years.
- Strong domain testing combination profile in Banking/Payments.
- Proven experience as a Test Lead managing large-scale programs.
- Prior experience with Tier-1 investment banks (e.g., JP Morgan, Brokerage) is highly preferred.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Core Banking knowledge.
- Advanced payment skills.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Lead end-to-end functional testing and UAT activities for Bill Pay functionality within the Banking/Payments domain.
- Manage and oversee test planning, test design, execution, and defect management across releases.
- Act as the primary coordinator between business stakeholders, product teams, and QA teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Drive UAT cycles, including test case creation, execution oversight, and business sign-off coordination.
- Ensure high-quality delivery by enforcing testing best practices, governance, and reporting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
