Job TitlePrescription Renewal RepresentativeJob DescriptionThe Prescription Renewal Representative is responsible for handling all aspects of processing prescription renewal requests. The Prescription Renewal Representative works under the supervision of pharmacy services and working within established protocols and/or as an agent of for the provider authorizing prescription refills. This position plays a key role in maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction by providing patients with exceptional customer service and serving as the liaison between patients, physicians and pharmacies.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they're invaluable. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
