Residential Conveyancer

Eventus Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancer with previous experience to join a long established yet forward thinking law firm with several offices. This Conveyancer role is a permanent, fulltime position based in a newly opening Harrogate office. However, part time would be considered for the right candidate. Excellent benefits. Role responsibilities The Residential Conveyancer will be part of a team of property specialists and will be responsible for managing a full case load right through from instruction to completion. It is expected that you build and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients whilst also developing your own client base. You will have the support of a Conveyancing Assistant. All work is to be carried out in line with the firm’s values; to work to be the best that you can be and to develop a culture of respect, encouragement, and support. The role is fast paced but this is a collaborative, positive working environment with real opportunities to drive your career forward. Person specification The ideal candidate will be solicitor, Legal Executive, Licenced Conveyancer or experienced Fee Earner, with at least 3 years’ demonstrable experience of managing a full caseload of freehold and leasehold property sales and purchases. Applications are welcomed from ambitious Conveyancers who have a broad range of conveyancing knowledge as you will be supervising a more junior team member. A positive outlook is expected and a strong desire to offer outstanding service. Accurate typing and strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Case Management Software (preferably Proclaim) is essential.
