Airport Shift Supervisor: Lead Fast-Paced Guest Service

Join our growing team operating several restaurants inside Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Shift Supervisor to help lead our team and ensure smooth, efficient operations every day.Responsibilities:Supervise and support team members during assigned shifts.Ensure excellent customer service and food quality standards are met.Assist with training, scheduling, and daily shift operations.Handle cash management, opening/closing procedures, and reports.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Qualifications:Prior experience in a restaurant lead, shift supervisor, or team leader role preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to motivate team members and deliver great guest experiences.Reliable, positive attitude with a commitment to excellence.Preferred Experience:Experience with brands such as Boardwalk Burger and Fries, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Panera Bread, Popeyes, McDonald’s, or similar quick-service restaurants is highly desirable.Grow your career with us and be part of a team that values leadership, teamwork, and exceptional service!
