Last week our avg effective wage was $32.96/hr. Some make more, some less, but no one earns less than $24/hr. Free shears ($199 msrp) just for coming in for an interview. Hands-on training and $300 signing bonus. Cosmetology or barbers license required. What are salon owners looking for in a great Salon Manager?
