A warm and welcoming family in Lincoln, MA is seeking a long-term, live-out, full-time Nanny to care for their twin infant daughters who will be about 2 months old when the job begins. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced infant caregiver who is calm, nurturing, and confident caring for two babies at once. The family is looking for someone who is interested in a multi-year relationship and who will become a trusted part of their family as their children grow.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• Non-smoker
• CPR / First Aid certified
• 5 years of professional nanny experience including infant experience
• Experience caring for twins or multiple infants 
• Up to date on vaccinations including COVID, flu, and TDAP
• Valid driver’s license and comfortable driving children
• Must be comfortable around cats

Responsibilities

• Providing attentive, nurturing care for twin infants
• Managing feeding, diapering, bathing, and daily routines
• Establishing and maintaining consistent schedules, including sleep routines as appropriate
• Engaging the children in age-appropriate developmental activities
• Planning outings and activities as the children grow
• Managing children’s appointments and schedules
• Creating a safe, loving, and stimulating environment that supports their growth and development
• Completing child-related household tasks including children’s laundry, washing bottles, cleaning dishes, and keeping the nursery and play areas organized
• Assisting with light household tasks during downtime, such as loading/unloading the dishwasher, light meal preparation, additional laundry, and helping keep the home running smoothly

This is a kind and appreciative family who values communication and building a strong long-term relationship with their nanny. Both parents work from home in separate workspaces, but they are intentional about giving their nanny autonomy and trust throughout the day. They are looking for someone who is confident, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative.The family lives in a wonderful neighborhood with a large backyard and plenty of space for the children to grow. They have two sweet indoor cats who are friendly and part of the family, but no pet care responsibilities are required. The family enjoys traveling and would love to occasionally include their nanny on trips in the future, including both domestic and international travel opportunities.

Position Details

• Location: Lincoln, MA
• Schedule: Approximately 44 hours per week. Tentative schedule:
  • Monday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• The family is looking for some flexibility and is open to discussing schedule adjustments. 
• Start Date: October 5, 2026 (flexible for the right candidate)
• Hourly Rate: $37-$40/hour based on experience; taxes withheld
• Driving Required: Yes; family vehicle available for nanny use
• Travel: Occasional travel opportunities available
