Our team has a long and successful track record handling many high-stakes cases that threaten a company’s brand reputation, business model, and bottom line—whether for a new startup or a household name.Learn more about the team and the work you can do at .Who You AreYou are a high performer with 3-5 years of experience with the following:Class Action defense in consumer class actions including false advertising, product defect, breach of warranty, violation of consumer protection laws (required);Experience with CA Unfair Competition Law;Briefing class certification and/or summary judgment (required);Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery;Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews;Managing e-discovery. You have excellent written and oral communication skills.You have strong case management skills, work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude.You are an active member of the California or Washington State Bar.Own Your MoFo CareerMoFo empowers its lawyers at every level to take ownership of their careers and is transparent about what it takes to succeed and advance at the firm.
