We are unable to sponsor at this timeRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or combination of education and experienceMinimum of 8+ years of professional QA Automation Engineer experienceExperience with text-to-speech (TTS)/speech synthesis technology /toolsHands-on experience coding in Python, PHP, Java, C/C++ or equivalent languageExperience with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) libraries, tools like Tesseract, OCRopus, etc.Experience working with Voice AI tools like Murf AI, ElevenLab, etc.Basic knowledge and experience working with Aloha Software products or equivalent Point of Sale systemExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to troubleshoot and analyze different types of issues and automation failuresAbility to adapt to changing procedures, environments, and tools in the QA spaceTechnical aptitude to understand system architecture and follow how the various components talk to one anotherResponsibilitiesAutomate Wendy's voice AI (Fresh AI)Create automated tests to validate Wendy's Fresh AI ensuring high-quality results that meet business goalsCreate and identify different test scenarios and conditions that need to be automatedPartner closely with the engineering teams to replicate and resolve issuesMonitor application logs to determine system behavior and address all technical issuesMeet timelines and minimize disruption to partner teams, proactively managing schedule and risksAccelerate progress by driving timely decisions, clearing blockers, and escalating appropriatelyWork independently as well as in a team, seeking guidance as needed
