POSITION Payroll Clerk
JOB LOCATION Green Bay, WI
STARTING DATE ASAP
EMPLOYMENT TERM DIRECT HIRE
EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) 1st Shift
STARTING PAY Based on experience

REQUIRED EDUCATION Associates Degree in Accounting
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 2+ years
Background Profile:
- Process payroll across multiple states
- Maintain accurate payroll and employee records
- Complete annual payroll and tax reporting
- Conduct payroll audits
- Reconcile discrepancies
- Assist other departments as needed
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of payroll tax reporting
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience using payroll software such as QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex, or Acumatica
- Bonus: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
