Medical Aesthetician

Position Summary:

• The Medical Aesthetician performs high-quality aesthetic services, including but not limited to facials, dermaplaning, medical-grade chemical peels, and non-ablative laser skin treatments.
• The ideal candidate must possess a strong marketing background and a proven sales record.
• Exemplary consultation skills are required, with a strong client-focused approach.
• Experience in a medical setting, preferably dermatology or plastic surgery, is a plus.

Job Duties:

• Conduct Consultations: Assess clients' needs and goals, providing expert advice on company treatments and potential outcomes.

Perform Procedures:

• Administer treatments according to established protocols, ensuring client safety, satisfaction, and adherence to industry standards.

Patient Education:

• Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, expectations, and potential side effects to ensure a positive overall experience.

Maintain Equipment:

• Ensure proper functioning of company equipment, perform routine maintenance, and coordinate with relevant parties for necessary repairs.

Documentation:

• Accurately document patient information, treatment details, and follow-up notes in electronic records.

Adherence to Regulations:

• Follow all relevant health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Stay Current:

• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in aesthetics and skincare.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Cosmetic Technician or in similar procedures.
• Laser license required.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
