Description
This is an entry level position that will focus on outreach to candidates/applicants, scheduling them for either New Hire Onboarding groups or Training groups.
The highest priority is to diligently and efficiently make numerous calls per hour in order to support our Peak Season hiring of seasonal warehouse associates.
We are seeking a motivated, high-energy individual to join our team during our current Peak Season . This is a fast-paced, entry-level position focused entirely on phone and text outreach to candidates and applicants. Your main goal is to efficiently manage high-volume outreach to schedule candidates for New Hire Onboarding and Training sessions , ensuring our warehouse is fully staffed for our busiest time of the year.
Responsibilities
- High-Volume Outreach: Make numerous outbound phone calls and send and respond to text messages per hour to applicant lists to move them quickly through the hiring process.
- Group Scheduling: Place candidates into designated New Hire Onboarding or Training groups according to available openings and based on shift and hour needs.
- Follow up: Reach out to any candidate who needs to be rescheduled, or did not attend their appointment to reschedule
- Contact candidates to prompt their attention to new hire and onboarding packet completion.
- Candidate Communication: Serve as the first point of contact, providing clear instructions on new hire onboarding times and training times, locations, and what to bring on day one.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional, and persuasive phone presence.
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and meeting hourly outreach metrics.
- Ability to multitask while navigating applicant tracking systems, text platforms, and spreadsheets.
- High reliability and speed, as this role directly impacts peak season logistics and staffing success.
Preferred Skills (But Not Required)
- Some post-secondary education
- Experience in customer service or customer-facing roles.
Rate of Pay: $16.00 per hour through October 31, 2026; effective 11/1/2026, $15.25 per hour (post-season)
