Build and Expand an Advanced Interventional Radiology Program
Knapp Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Interventional Radiologist to meet growing community demand and expand access to minimally invasive therapies throughout the Rio Grande Valley.
This position offers significant growth potential for a physician interested in building a robust interventional radiology practice with strong hospital support.
Responsibilities

Scope of Practice
- Comprehensive Interventional Radiology procedures including:
- Venous access procedures
- Dialysis access interventions
- Peripheral arterial interventions
- Embolization procedures
- Image-guided biopsies
- Tumor-directed therapies
- Drainage procedures
- Interventional oncology services
- Inpatient and outpatient consultations
- Participation in multidisciplinary care conferences

Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology
- Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology
- Eligible for Texas medical licensure
- Experience with a broad range of vascular and non-vascular interventions preferred
