They need help with daily tasks, but what they also need is someone who genuinely shows up for them. Not just physically. Actually shows up.

A Day Might Look Like:

• Helping Mrs. Johnson get ready in the morning and discussing why her soap opera storyline makes no sense
• Preparing meals that aren't sad (we believe in actual food)
• Driving a client to a doctor's appointment and making the waiting room slightly less miserable
• Assisting with light housekeeping (light - not "move all the furniture" light)
• Being the consistent, caring presence that families trust with their most important people

• Reliability is genuinely part of your character, not something you fake on applications
• You're patient - like, actually patient, not "I'll sigh quietly" patient
• You communicate clearly with families and supervisors

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Clean background
• 1+ year of caregiving experience preferred (but if you're new and exceptional, talk to us)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility as needed

Hours: Flexible part-time - mornings, afternoons, or weekends
