Therapist - $3,000 sign on bonus!

Salary and Hire Bonus New Hire Bonus Opportunity of $3000 Annual base salary range: $47,028-$71,000, depending on education, experience, and licensure. Eligibility and Compensation Therapists holding an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT: base minimum $58,000 annually (potential increase based on experience). Therapists holding an LSW, LMHC-a, or LMFT-a: base minimum $52,500 annually (potential increase based on experience). Therapists with temporary licenses or not licensed but holding a Master’s degree in a Human Service-related field and meeting certain education requirements: base minimum $47,028 annually. Additional monthly bonuses for exceeding face-to-face service hour goals (no cap). Bonus for earning licensure, up to $500 annually for Continuing Education reimbursement, free supervision for licensure. Build positive behavioral change with families and children. Provide multi-modal interventions and may include work with youth on probation and their families. Qualifications Master’s or Doctorate degree with a current license issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board. Master’s degree with a temporary permit issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board. Master’s degree in related human services field with completion of a minimum of 24 postsecondary semester hours in a qualifying human services degree field. Working Conditions Hours may include evenings and some weekends. Travel to 2-3 counties per week required. Company provides vehicles for work and optional personal use for qualified employees.
