Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler. Lifting and rotating stock using FIFO. Move soda from storage area to coolers. Date all product. Interact with customers: taking and receiving phone calls, taking orders in person at the front counter or pickup windows, delivering to cars in all weather conditions. Perform daily cleaning and sanitation: sweep and mop, clean coolers interior and exterior, take out the trash, wash dishes. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Willing to deliver when needed. Experience Leadership Experience: 1 year (Preferred) Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred) Training Orientation and training are provided on the job. Communication Skills Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person. Essential Functions / Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator) and to make correct monetary change. Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Work Conditions Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas. Sudden changes in temperature in the work area and while outside. Fumes from food odors. Exposure to cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler. Hot surfaces/tools from the oven up to 500°F or higher. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Sensing: Talking and hearing on the telephone. Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks. Depth perception. Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces. Physical Demands Carrying: During delivery, carry pizzas and beverages while performing walking and climbing duties. Driving: Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area; a team member may make several deliveries per shift. Walking: Travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer’s location. Climbing: Navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required. Driving Specific Job Duties Deliver product by car and to the door of the customer. Deliver flyers and door hangers. Requires a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards. Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery. Essential Skills Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
