We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our warehouse team and help keep our field operations running efficiently.Position SummaryThe Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver is responsible for receiving, organizing, loading, and distributing materials, tools, and equipment to job sites throughout the Kansas City metro area. This position plays a critical role in supporting our field technicians and construction crews by ensuring materials are delivered safely, accurately, and on time.ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, unload, and organize incoming shipments.Pick, stage, and prepare materials for daily deliveries and job site requests.Deliver materials, equipment, and tools to construction sites and service technicians.Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.Assist with inventory counts and inventory control.Inspect company vehicles and trailers before and after use.Secure loads properly for safe transportation.Assist with stocking materials and organizing warehouse inventory.Maintain accurate delivery and receiving documentation.Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations when applicable.Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.QualificationsRequiredValid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Dependable with excellent attendance.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.PreferredPrevious warehouse experience.Forklift operating experience or certification.Experience towing and backing trailers.Experience operating pickup trucks with trailers.Construction, HVAC, electrical, or mechanical industry experience.Basic computer skills for inventory and receiving.Physical RequirementsFrequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and reach throughout the workday.Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and company vehicles.Why Join BCI Mechanical?$20-$28 per hour based on experienceMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with Profit SharingPaid Vacation TimePaid Sick TimePaid HolidaysCompany-Paid Life InsuranceStable, year-round employmentOpportunities for advancement and career growthFamily-oriented culture with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork
