Labor and Employment Associate (San Antonio) Managing Member: Nicholas Monaghan Practice Group/Leader: Labor and Employment/James Hermon Department/Director: Litigation/Michael Cooney Dykema is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of general litigation experience in Texas and federal courts to join our Labor and Employment team in our San Antonio office. Previous experience or background with employment-related litigation is preferred. The associate will be responsible for litigating employment-related claims, representing employers before administrative agencies, and providing services to employers in employment-related matters. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external clients at all levels.
