Landscape Maintenance Crew Leaders

Job Title

Knowledge and proper use of power and hand tools Knowledge and proper use of lawn mowing and edging equipment Ability to operate power mowers, chainsaws, pole pruners, blowers, weed eaters, other equipment and vehicles with previous foreman experience managing a crew of 3+ members.

Performance & Quality: Overseeing day-to-day site operations and delegating work to crew members Maintaining a schedule, and ensuring service expectations are met Identifying more efficient ways to perform work

Client Satisfaction: Surfacing client concerns to the Production Manager and proactively assisting in achieving a resolution

Crew Management: Providing the Production Manager with feedback on crew members Assisting the Production Manager in the development and training of crew members Turning in accurate crew time logs

Safety: Ensuring all crew members perform their work safely and in accordance with company policies Ensuring equipment is in good working order and receives appropriate preventative maintenance Logging equipment usage and maintenance cycles

Requirements Experience in landscape maintenance preferred Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to work in adverse conditions such as excessive heat Ability to perform extended walking, standing, kneeling and/or squatting Meets physical requirements of operating equipment and is capable of working outdoors with intense heat/cold conditions, loud noises, etc. Individuals who are bilingual with English and Spanish are preferred. Valid Drivers license and clean driving record.
