Physical Therapist

Location: Albany, OR

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Days, varied

Job Description: The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused either a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. The Physical Therapy team evaluates and treats patients with acute and chronic injuries or limitations that are neuro/musculo/skeletal in nature. Services include sports and orthopedic rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance, and spinal therapy.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with physical mobility or functional independence issues.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.
