Quality Technician – Night Shift | $26.20/hr

We’re hiring a Quality Technician to join a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. If you have experience with quality control, food production, GMPs, food safety, or laboratory testing, this could be a great next step.
You’ll work directly with production to make sure ingredients and finished products meet quality and food safety standards.
Pay & Schedule
- $26.20/hour
- Night Shift: 4:30 PM–4:30 AM
- Monday–Saturday scheduling
- Typically two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts
- Full-time opportunity
What You’ll Do
- Inspect and test products during production and in the lab
- Verify products meet specifications and document results
- Perform GMP, formula, process, and food safety audits
- Monitor equipment calibration and metal detector operation
- Perform scheduled environmental swabbing
- Identify and report quality issues or out-of-spec products
- Assist with quality investigations and corrective actions
- Maintain accurate testing and quality records
- Work closely with production teams to maintain quality and food safety standards
- Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of quality, food safety, manufacturing, or related experience preferred
- Knowledge of GMPs and food safety practices
- Food manufacturing experience is a plus
- Science or laboratory experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic math, computer, and documentation skills
- Ability to read and follow procedures and work instructions
- Comfortable working around food ingredients and allergens
- High school diploma or GED preferred
