Resident Care Nurse LPN FULL TIME EVENING SHIFT LPN

Work Shift Rotating days/evenings/nights/weekends (United States of America) Compensation Registered Nurse: Eligible for $15,000-$20,000 sign‑on bonus and $2,500 relocation bonus. Licensed Practical Nurse: Eligible for up to $7,500 sign‑on bonus and $1,500 relocation bonus. Responsibilities Develop nursing diagnoses, care objectives, and interventions; provide physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to residents, families, and friends. Review physician prescriptions and communicate the nursing care plan and relevant information to other team members. Coordinate with other health‑care providers and conferring with physicians as needed. Document residents’ physical condition, psychological status, and influencing social factors; update nursing care plans accordingly. Teach residents and families about conditions, medications, and self‑care skills; evaluate care outcomes against standards. Maintain a safe, infection‑control compliant environment; adhere to medication and controlled‑substance policies. Check and maintain supplies and equipment; keep inventory stocked. Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers to/from the facility. Direct, plan, and coordinate workflow of nursing assistants and other nursing personnel. Maintain competence in nursing capabilities as outlined by leadership. The role requires visual acuity adequate to perform duties and effective communication skills. Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in the state of practice upon hire (Board of Nursing). Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience 1‑3 years experience working in a clinical or long‑term care environment.
