Vascular Surgery opportunity for 2027 or 2028 fellows/residents Guaranteed salary commensurate with experience; plus an annual 3% cost-of-living adjustment + Bonus of 100% shared practice profits Ideal candidate would have general surgery background and willingness to take general call Expect the case mix to start out as 60% general and 40% vascular for the first year Carotid Endarterectomies and Fem-fem bypasses currently being performed, but hospital is looking to expand with additional vascular procedures Schedule is Monday through Friday; 8 am 5 pm; time split equally between clinic and OR Call required 7 days/month; extra pay for extra call Opportunity to precept medical students and residents Generous student loan repayment assistance Paid health insurance Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
