What You'll Do
As a Caregiver, you will help residents maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life by:
- Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Providing medication reminders and reporting changes in resident condition
- Assisting with meals, hydration, and dining support
- Engaging residents in activities and meaningful conversation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of caregiving experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, or Long-Term Care
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to assist residents with transfers, mobility, and personal care
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Preferred Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Dementia care experience
