Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active School Psychologist certification
- Experience working in K-12 settings preferred
- Strong skills in administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological evaluations
- Familiarity with Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and ability to consult with staff on best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct a range of psychological and psychoeducational assessments for students across grade levels
- Interpret assessment data and communicate results to parents, teachers, and administrators
- Provide expert consultation to staff regarding MTSS processes, student supports, and intervention strategies
- Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement individualized plans that meet students’ diverse needs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with district policies and legal requirements
- Act as a resource for the school community, offering guidance on best practices for supporting student mental health
