Qualifications:

• Certification in Radiologic Technology or equivalent Cath Lab Tech credential required
• ARRT or RCIS certification preferred
• Experience in a Cath Lab or interventional radiology environment
• Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, cardiac imaging, and sterile technique
• Ability to operate imaging and monitoring equipment accurately
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• BLS/ACLS certification, or willingness to obtain prior to start
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians and nursing staff during catheterization procedures including angiograms, angioplasty, and stenting
• Prepare, maintain, and operate imaging equipment
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and procedure details
• Maintain strict adherence to radiation safety protocols
• Ensure proper documentation in patient records and hospital systems
• Stock and prepare the Cath Lab for scheduled procedures
• Provide patient care pre-, intra-, and post-procedure as delegated
• Troubleshoot equipment and procedural challenges in real-time
