Discounted Personal Training: Personal training sessions are just $15 to help you reach your fitness goals. Key Responsibilities Lead the fitness department and team performance. Coach trainers to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of training staff. Qualifications Certifications / Education Level High School Diploma or GED required. Current Certified Personal Trainer certification (preferred). Current CPR and AED. Experience 1-2 years as a personal trainer (preferred). Prior management experience in the fitness industry, leading 5- 10+ employees (preferred). Successful personal sales experience (required).
