Job Description

Responsibilities

• Install finished assemblies into control panels using hand and power tools.
• Lift and push up to 50 lbs as part of the assembly process.
• Pull and pick products for installations, ensuring smooth workflow.

Essential Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on role.
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Preferred experience with hand and power tools.
• Capability to learn how to assemble large cabinets.
• Familiarity with mechanical assembly and blueprint reading is advantageous.

Work Environment
Work in a clean, climate-controlled panel shop environment alongside a team of approximately 32 colleagues. The role operates on a first shift with flexible start and end times, typically between 7:00-8:00 a.m. start and 4:30-5:00 p.m. finish. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and electrical assembly equipment at benches and panel stations in a professional, organized shop setting.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of The Colony, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
