Looking for a Roofing + Solar Sales Specialist to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who is driven, personable, competitive, and ready to take control of their success.

This is a field-based sales position where you'll meet with homeowners and property professionals, inspect roofs, present solutions, build relationships, and close deals. If you're the type of person who creates opportunities instead of waiting for them, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

• Meet with potential clients and conduct roof inspections

• Use a company-provided drone to capture detailed roof images

• Generate roofing and solar bids and proposals

• Present solutions and close deals

• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, and referral partners

• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients

• Manage opportunities throughout the sales process and collaborate with our operations team through completion
