Are you energized by music, movement, and making an impact? Torch Fitness, a division of Valet Living, is looking for an enthusiastic Group Fitness instructor to SUB OCCASIONAL engaging, high-energy 45-minute fitness classes in/around Kissimmee, FL.

Class Type: HIIT, Circuit, Cardio, Bootcamp, Aqua Fitness, etc.
Class Size: Intimate sessions with 3-5+ motivated residents-perfect for building community and connection.
Competitive Pay
Earn $40 per 45-minute class with the potential for more classes based on your availability and proximity.
Flexible Scheduling
We work around your schedule. Choose classes that match your availability and location preferences.
Creative Control
Design and lead your classes your way. We encourage instructors to bring their own style and energy.
Professional Development

Team Support
Focus on teaching-we take care of marketing, community engagement, and logistics.
Weekday evenings: 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM
Saturday mornings: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM
A passionate fitness professional who loves motivating others
Experienced in leading group fitness classes
CPR and AED certified (required)
Fitness certification or relevant degree (preferred)
Insured or willing to obtain liability insurance
Guide residents through safe, inclusive, and fun Zumba or Barre workouts
Arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up and engage with participants
Use our simple digital tools to clock in and track attendance
Represent Torch Fitness with professionalism and positivity
