• Schedule: Start Date: November 1, 2026 Ongoing No Call Week on/Week off schedule 8AM-5PM day shift Preferably 1 day in clinic and 4 procedure days (flexible) Day 1 orientation with Epic support Holidays recognized: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
• Job Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient Clinic and scheduled procedures only Three brand new endo suites Aspirus Wisconsin Rapids Hospital, 410 Dewey St, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494 Nearest Airport: Central Wisconsin (CWA) Lodging: Sleep Inn / Hotel Mead
• Types of Cases: Clinic and procedure setting Inpatient census averages 28-30 MSP and 3-4 in ICU/IMCU (6 ICU beds, 8 IMCU beds) Procedures: typically 10-14 per day Admissions required (assigned and unassigned patients) APC support in clinic Anesthesia available for conscious sedation Note: ERCP and EUS not performed at this facility Preferred skills include: Upper GI endoscopy (with biopsy, foreign body removal, cautery/laser fulguration, injection of varices, PEG), Esophageal dilatation/manometry, Esophageal manometry interpretation, Small bowel biopsy, Lower GI endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy (flexible and rigid), Colonoscopy (with biopsy and polyp excision), Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), Sengstaken/Blakemore tube insertion/management Provider will be required to supervise Advanced Practice Providers Act 10 acceptable
• Credentialing: Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days Temporary privileges not available Site is looking to begin credentialing process as soon as possible Facility will not reimburse for licensing costs Hospital/surgery center privileges required

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required Fellowship: 3 years
• Certifications: ACLS required BLS required
• Licensure: Wisconsin state license required IMLC not accepted
