Seasonal Travel RN - PACU

Location: Englewood, CO

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 8A - 8:30P

Job Description: We are seeking a Seasonal Travel RN for the PACU Unit. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of current hospital PACU experience and be skilled in providing post-anesthesia care for a variety of surgical patients. This role involves collaboration in a fast-paced environment with a focus on high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients recovering from anesthesia, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions post-surgery, with a focus on high neuro volume and stroke patients.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Assist with pre-operative and post-operative procedures as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1 year of current hospital PACU experience.
• Active RN license.
• PALS, ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Experience in stroke care and critical care is preferred.
