Job Description:

The Registered Respiratory Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality respiratory care to patients in various units, including Adult service lines, NICU/Peds, and critical care units. This role involves utilizing specialized equipment and ensuring patient safety and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Provide respiratory therapy to adult and pediatric patients.
Operate respiratory equipment including GE R860, Draeger Infant/Peds vents, Newport HT70 transport vent, V60 Non-invasive device, and high-flow oxygen devices.
Float to all critical care units and floors as needed.

Requirements:

North Carolina Respiratory License
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) preferred
