Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. The Dentist will perform a variety of dental procedures, educate patients on oral health, and collaborate with a team of dental professionals to deliver exceptional care.
Duties
-Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
-Perform a range of dental procedures including cleanings, fillings, extractions, and preventive care.
-Utilize medical imaging techniques to evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans.
-Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
-Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
-Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
-Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations within the practice.
-Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Jobley Bonus: $140 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)

Shift & Schedule

- Work Hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays 9 AM -5 PM
- Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
- Overtime: Overtime available during busy seasons and paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.
- Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.
- Holiday Shifts: Occasional holiday shifts, compensated at double time.
