Duties:
* Glass Technicians will greet customers.
* Explain the windshield repair process.
* Verify insurance coverage of vehicle and the repair of rock chips and cracks up to 24 inches on the auto glass.
* Complete invoices.
* Call in work to insurance companies via cell phone.
* Oversee the job site.
* Report to the office weekly for supplies and call final numbers into the office daily.

I never planned on getting into a business. My wife and I was just having fun, camping out on the beach near Galveston on July 4, 1995. After showering, we were walking back to the truck, our feet were covered with sand and I said out loud, they should make sandals to keep the stand off your feet.
