What you’ll do: As a Program Director, you will provide leadership and oversight of a Day Program location, ensuring exceptional services while fostering our signature WOW! Magic culture. You’ll: Lead the daily operations of Day Habilitation, Community-Based Day Supports (CBDS), Employment Services, and ABI Supports. Ensure high-quality documentation, individualized goal implementation, regulatory compliance, and accurate billing. Build, mentor, and develop an engaged, high-performing team through hiring, coaching, recognition, and performance management. Champion American Training's unique WOW! Magic culture, creating an environment where Guests and Colleagues thrive. Maintain compliance with DDS regulations, including staffing, safety, incident management, and program quality. Grow the program by building strong relationships with local agencies and referral sources. QualificationsWhat You're Looking For Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience overseeing a Day Program. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Why American Training?
