Distribution Associate

Roles & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and sort returned products based on condition and guidelines
- Identify damage, defects, expiration, or discrepancies on returned goods
- Document return reason codes, product details, and disposition outcomes accurately
- Process returns through RF technology and warehouse management systems
- Repackage, re-label, and prepare items for restocking, quarantine, or scrap
- Process customer orders: scan barcodes, pick cases, label boxes, and palletize completed orders
- Verify shipment accuracy and perform packaging activities
- Perform dock manifest duties, including scanning pallets and operating shrink wrap equipment
- Participate in inventory counts, Lean initiatives, and 5S housekeeping practices
- Operate designated material handling equipment safely and report damages/hazards immediately
- Cross-train in other warehouse roles and provide backup support as needed
- Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) at all times
- 0 to 5 years of relevant experience
- 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Experience with material handling equipment (MHE) preferred
- Ability to obtain electric pallet jack certification
- Ability to read and interpret distribution documents
- Ability to operate MHE and use an RF scanner
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well with others under minimal supervision
- Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
- General knowledge of distribution operations
- High School Diploma or GED preferred (not required with 1 year relevant experience)
- Must complete 10-panel drug screening within 48 hours of offer acceptance
- Background check must be completed before starting
- Normal field of vision corrected to 20/40 in each eye; sufficient hearing to safely operate MHE
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs while bending, stooping, and reaching
- Comfortable working near mechanical equipment and in varying temperature conditions
