Additional Details $7500 SIGN ON BONUS FOR FULL TIME How you Will make a Difference Deliver exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents while maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care. Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants. Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing. Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility. What you Need to make a Difference Possess an active LPN license in the state of residence. Maintain current/active CPR certification. Have strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects with high quality and productivity.
