Boardroom Salon for Men is the leader in the upscale men’s grooming segment, providing an elegant, teamwork-focused, empowering work environment, hiring the best team members in the industry and are looking for friendly, professional, reliable, energetic Front Desk Coordinator to join our team! About the Role: As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. You will assist with check-ins and check-outs, handle client inquiries, and ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist clients with a smile and positive, engaging attitude Utilize salon’s technology in managing appointments and salon calendar to accurately: Check in and check out clients Process cash and credit card transactions Perform system opening and closing procedures Answer phone calls and emails to schedule appointments Address and resolve client concerns in a professional manner Maintain front desk, waiting area, and retail for tidiness and organization.
