Job Description- Responsible for providing timely, accurate and friendly service while preparing the highest quality breakfast for our guests.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for delivering the highest quality of food in terms of freshness and taste.
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines at all times.
• Prepare, warm and/or cook hot & cold breakfast buffet food items as required by Marriott International and CMC Hotels.
• Provide superior guest service.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.

Job Requirements:

• Previous hospitality or food service experience is highly desirable.
• MUST be friendly, outgoing, and willing to engage guests in conversation.
• Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
• Clean background check
• Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight is necessary.
• Ability to handle comments and suggestions.
• ServSafe certified a plus.
